Research from the Barbara Lee Family Foundation found that, in 2010, women ran on a more even playing field and had a better chance of winning the ticket than in previous years, because there were more gender-neutral issues on the table. The study also found that likeabilty was the No. 1 asset for women along with being good problem solvers.
