Anastasia Nicolaou advances the Barbara Lee Family Foundation mission to engage women in politics through email engagement and strategic communications support for the President and entire BLFF team.
Prior to her current position, Anastasia worked in our offices as the Special Projects and Scheduling Assistant, providing administrative and logistical support to the Executive Director and program staff.
Before coming to BLFF, Anastasia worked in the Constituent Services Office of Massachusetts Governor Deval L. Patrick. There, she interfaced with the general public and public officials on behalf of the Governor; connected the citizens of the Commonwealth with state services and resources; and managed correspondence. Anastasia also has experience in state procurement contracts, scheduling, and research.
Anastasia earned a Bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Simmons College. She is currently a Master’s candidate at Boston University’s Met College, focusing on food policy.
