Megan Piccirillo promotes the Barbara Lee Family Foundation’s mission to advance women’s representation in American politics through media relations and digital media work, where she oversees the digital strategy for the Foundation, including its social media and website.
Prior to joining the Barbara Lee Family Foundation, Megan managed media relations and digital media for the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes President Kennedy’s legacy of civic engagement and public service. She also previously served as a communications assistant for the Massachusetts Democratic Party, and a public relations assistant for Crawford Strategies, where she worked with the office of Governor Deval Patrick and promoted state ballot initiatives.
Megan earned a master’s degree in political science and bachelors’ degrees in political science and communications from Northeastern University.
