Maggie Cohen advances the Barbara Lee Family Foundation’s mission to increase women’s political representation by managing organization-wide programs and partnerships, strategic grantmaking, and events.
Prior to joining Team Lee, Maggie worked at the government relations firm Kearney, Donovan & McGee where she oversaw policy research and analysis of bills before the Massachusetts Legislature and worked closely with clients, legislators, and staff. While in business school, Maggie was a Special Projects Fellow at Social Innovation Forum where she worked with nonprofit leaders from around the country. Maggie also previously worked as a program coordinator for the Massachusetts Office of the Child Advocate.
Maggie holds an MBA focused on Social Impact from Boston University and a BA in Government from Colby College.
